YourLAT ("YourLAT.com", "we") collects your information whenever you list books on our website or become a member. To become a member of YourLAT.com, YourLAT requires you to submit your credit card or social security number. By becoming a member you give YouLAT the right to charge your credit card when a transaction is made.
YourLAT takes the privacy of your personal information seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms privacy policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. This privacy policy applies to all services that are hosted by YourLAT.com.
The information listed on this website should be used solely for its intended purpose (ie Only use a person's information when you want to purchase an item from that person, do no solicit anyone's personal information). The misuse or use of information for more than it is intended will result in penalty by the court of law.
Your privacy is important to us. Whenever you submit sensitive information, we use top of the line encryption, SSL to encrypted your information. Policy on Children
Children are not allowed to become a member or to use any of our services. Minor (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us.
There are two options to become a member.
Option One:
a) A credit card is needed.
b) A one time fee of $25.

a) A social security number is needed.
b) A one time fee of $25 via mail, in person or pay at the end of registration.

Member's Benefits
1) Rent books without leaving any deposits.
2) Sell books on our website without paying any Listing fees.
3) Get access to complete solution manuals for various books.
4) Get special discounts.
5) Coming Soon: Will be able to collect money via paypal from anyone by putting a paypal button next to your Listings. This way people from other states could buy your items.
You can rent almost all of the the items that are selling on this website. There are two options when renting a book.
OPTION 1 A deposit is required. You rent the book for the renting price plus the deposit. For example, to rent a book might cost $30 and the deposit might cost $20. So you will pay a total of $50 but when you return the book the $20 deposit will be *refunded.
OPTION 2 Become a member. Members rent up to 4 books without leaving any deposits.
Books must be returned within a given period. The return date will accompany the book or follow up with an email. Usually the rent period is as follows: January - May, June - August and August - December. Please return the books before the deadline there is a 15% fee if the book does not return before its deadline and $10 each month afterwards until the deposit(s) is/are depleted. If the book is still not returned your credit card will be charged the balance or it will be reported to one of the credit bureaus. If you need more information call 646 261 0174 or contact us.
* Your deposit(s) refund will be via check mail to your address or cash via one of our campus representatives. Refund may be less depending on the condition of the book. Books must be returned on or before the Due Date. Please be reminded that your credit card will be charged 15% of the cost of the books if the books are returned after the due date. For those who use there SSN to be a member will lose 15% of their deposit.

- 1) List books that you have presently in your possession.
- 2) When a book is sold, please delete it from the listings.
- 3) Listings are updated every five months. We reserve the right to delete any listing from the listings.
